We’re sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your system. Please email support@rave.com or complete the Support Request form below. We would like to discuss and help troubleshoot the issue before submitting an RMA request.
Please email rma@rave.com to find out if your system is still in warranty.
Please email support@rave.com with the subject line, “BIOS Settings Request”, preceded with your RAVE serial number or model number. For example, “A123456 BIOS Settings Request”
Please either complete the form below or email support@rave.com. Please do not include confidential information in your description.
RAVE creates custom systems for each customer, which means there are not unique manuals for each system. If you would like the manuals and manufacturer pages for the hardware installed in your system, please contact support@rave.com with the subject line, “System Documentation”, preceded with your RAVE serial number or model number. For example, “A123456 System Documentation Request”

- Serial number. The RAVE serial number begins with “RC A” followed by six digits. i.e. RC A123456
- Model number
- Operating System
- Motherboard BIOS revision
- Screenshots of any error messages
