The International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) is a set of United States government regulations that control the export and import of items, equipment, technologies, services, and technical data that are primarily military in nature. The Office of Defense Trade Controls in the State Department interprets and enforces ITAR. Its goal is to safeguard U.S. national security and further U.S. foreign policy objectives.

RAVE developed and implemented ITAR policies, procedures and employee training. This registration positions RAVE as an industry and technology expert in support of the growing needs of the defense and military industry. It is a sign of our continued commitment to our customers.

To become ITAR compliant, a company must understand and abide by ITAR as it applies to their USML linked goods or services. The company is certifying that they operate in accordance with the ITAR when they accept being a supplier to the USML prime exporter.
